A law firm seeks an experienced patent attorney to join its intellectual property practice in Houston, TX. Duties

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in patent prosecution or related intellectual property work.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client portfolios and deliver strategic, tailored solutions.
  • A portable book of business reflecting a successful track record in client service.
  • Strong interpersonal and business development skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in good standing with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Patent Bar).
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
