Requirements:

  • 4+ years of direct trademark experience with a focus on clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
  • Strong academic credentials.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

 

Skills:

  • Extensive experience in U.S. and international trademark clearance and prosecution.
  • Superior legal writing and critical thinking skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
