Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney

Should have a Ph.D. in computational biology, bioinformatics, or a related field. Must have a solid understanding of biochemistry, particularly next-gen sequencing, sequencing data, and/or fluorescence imaging of biochemical moieties. Active membership in the State Bar and compliance with CLE requirements are required. Must be registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
