Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and court pleadings.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediation sessions.
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Manage and prioritize caseload to ensure timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws and legal procedures relevant to the practice area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior attorneys or partners.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Georgian language is essential.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar or eligibility to waive in.
  • Prior experience working in a law firm or legal environment preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

 

Education and Certifications:
