The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in personal injury law and possess knowledge of Michigan No-Fault Law. The position entails managing pre-suit client relationships, the demand package process, negotiations with insurance companies and lien holders, reviewing initial pleadings, conducting depositions, extensive motions practice, and representing clients in jury trials.

Duties:

  • Manage 1st and 3rd auto negligence cases from intake through jury trial.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships throughout the pre-suit process.
  • Prepare demand packages and negotiate with insurance companies and lien holders.
  • Review initial pleadings and conduct depositions.
  • Engage in extensive motions practice.
  • Represent clients in jury trials and other legal proceedings.
  • Stay updated on developments in Michigan No-Fault Law and relevant legal precedents.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Michigan.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney in personal injury law.
  • Knowledge of Michigan No-Fault Law.
  • Proven track record of successfully handling personal injury cases from intake through jury trial.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Michigan.
