Job Overview:

The Environmental Associate Attorney will provide legal support in regulatory compliance, transactional matters, and litigation related to environmental law. The candidate must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, handle multiple assignments efficiently, and possess outstanding academic credentials.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research on environmental regulations and case law.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts.
• Provide advice and counsel to clients on environmental compliance issues.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex environmental litigation cases.
• Participate in negotiations and settlements with regulatory agencies and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in environmental law.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of federal and state environmental regulations.
