Real Estate Associate Attorney

Salt Lake City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate associate attorney with 4+ years of real estate or related transactional law experience. The candidate should preferably have experience in real estate financing transactions; real estate acquisitions and dispositions; drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and closing documents; commercial lease transactions; and zoning, land use, and condominiums.

The candidate must have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials. The ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves and the firm needs change is required. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff are needed.
