A leading personal injury law firm is hiring a Briefing and Research Attorney to support litigation attorneys in case preparation and strategy. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical legal professional eager to build litigation experience in personal injury law through research, writing, and courtroom preparation. Duties

• Draft discovery requests and responses

• Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and responses to motions

• Conduct legal research to support depositions and trial preparation

• Assist trial attorneys with documentation and strategy for personal injury cases

• Support courtroom proceedings and assist with trial logistics

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional legal teams

Requirements

• 0–3 years of personal injury experience

• Valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record

• Interest in litigation and civil trial processes

• Demonstrated commitment to case development and legal writing

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas

• Exceptional legal research and writing skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

• Ability to manage deadlines and contribute to fast-paced legal teams
