Duties:

  • Draft legal document, including pleadings, motions, and discovery

  • Prepare cases for mediation, deposition, hearings, and trial

  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing parties

  • Conduct legal research and write memoranda

  • Assist with formulating litigation and trial strategies

  • Appear in court for motions and procedural hearings

  • Participate in or take depositions of parties and witnesses

  • Collaborate with legal staff and attorneys on case development

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation

  • Courtroom experience with motion hearings (e.g., MSJ, Motion to Compel)

  • Deposition experience (e.g., defending plaintiffs, deposing defendants/witnesses)

  • Ability to handle multiple active cases efficiently
