Location:

  • San Antonio, Texas

Duties:

  • Mentor, train, and manage a team of junior and mid-level personal injury litigation attorneys

  • Guide litigation strategy including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial readiness

  • Oversee case development to maximize outcomes for clients

  • Utilize firm technology platforms to manage and evaluate team performance and docket workflow

  • Ensure adherence to legal procedures and ethical standards across all case activities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support attorney growth and performance

  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork within the litigation department

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in personal injury trial litigation

  • Previous supervisory, training, or mentorship experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple litigation teams and complex case files

  • Strong understanding of litigation best practices and trial preparation

  • Proficient with legal technology and digital case management tools

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Texas (or ability to obtain licensure promptly)

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities

  • Excellent litigation, negotiation, and trial presentation skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities

  • Effective communicator with the ability to inspire and lead legal teams
