The Employment Litigation Associate Attorney will handle employment-related legal matters, including defending class and individual plaintiff employment actions. The ideal candidate must possess excellent writing skills, a strong understanding of applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and have 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Duties:

• Defend class and individual plaintiff employment actions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to employment law issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on employment-related matters.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of employment law-related experience.
• Excellent writing skills with a demonstrated ability to draft legal documents.
• Strong understanding of applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Admitted to the State Bar of California.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
