A law firm in York is seeking a skilled Transactional Real Estate Attorney with a D. and licensure in PA. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience, with a focus on managing a variety of real estate transactions. Planned community and condominium experience is a plus. The attorney should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

 

Duties:

  • Manage a variety of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of property.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate matters to clients.
  • Conduct legal research on real estate laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, other attorneys, and stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Assist in the development of planned communities and condominiums.
  • Handle due diligence processes related to real estate transactions.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant real estate laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree.
  • Licensure to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
  • Planned community and condominium experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

 

Education:

Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree.

 

Certifications:

Licensure to practice law in Pennsylvania.
