The candidate should have substantial experience in researching complex legal issues, drafting legal memoranda and motions, appearing and arguing before the court, drafting and responding to written discovery, and taking and defending depositions. Must also have first-chair experience and lead multiple matters. In addition, must have a strong academic record, paired with the skills, enthusiasm, and commitment necessary to become a partner at Firm.
