Transactional Tax Associate Attorney

A law firm based in New York City is actively seeking a Transactional Tax Associate Attorney with a focus on M&A, private equity transactions, and cross-border planning. The ideal candidate will bring 1-3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in transactional tax matters. Law firm experience, preferably at a large firm, is required to navigate the complex landscape of corporate transactions and provide valuable tax counsel.

Duties:
