Projects Finance Attorney

A law firm in Austin, TX, seeks a Projects Finance Attorney with 5-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong competency in drafting and negotiating principal financing documentation, with preferred experience reviewing project documentation.

Duties:

• Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation for project finance transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients engaged in project finance deals.
• Review project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and analyses pertinent to project finance matters.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and stakeholders to develop effective transactional strategies.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting project finance.
• Prepare transactional documents and closing materials accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties involved in project finance transactions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
