The candidate should have the versatility and interest to work on both IP (patent, trade secret, trademark, copyright litigation) and tech-centric general commercial litigation (breach of warranty and contract, fraud, unfair competition, privacy). A technical/engineering background is preferred. Strong research, legal analysis, writing skills, and interest in trial work are required. Must be a current member of the State Bar of California in good standing.
