Attorney needed for Raleigh office

Raleigh office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 5+ years of relevant law firm experience on fund matters and/or Mergers and Acquisitions transactional matters. The candidate should have relevant law firm experience to assist firms' institutional clients with Fund commitments, including review of LPAs and negotiation of side letters and other customary documentation; Sponsor-side fund formation and LP-facing work; Equity and debt co-investments in transactions led by third-party sponsors; Includes both structuring of firms clients investments (formation of entities, etc.) and negotiation of governance and economic rights with sponsor and its advisors; Direct investments in operating entities, including both debt and equity. NC Bar admission preferred.

The candidate should preferably have ambition and initiative. Must have outstanding undergraduate and law school academics. Excellent written, analytical, and verbal skills required.

Area of concentration is entrepreneurial law. The main law office is headquartered in North Carolina. The law firm staffs sixty-seven proficient attorneys and a team of competent paralegals.
