Duties:

• Assist with deposition preparation and participate in depositions.

• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and client representation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing law, focusing on litigation, particularly in connectivity, privacy, and copyright law.
• Strong understanding of relevant federal and state laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
