The candidate should have experience with transactional tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and investments (both debt and equity). Experience with executive compensation joint ventures and restructurings is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the District of Columbia.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree. Strong research and writing skills are required. Strong analytical skills and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment are required.
