Mid- to Senior-level Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Carlsbad office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience. The candidate will assist with all aspects of the representation of homeowners associations in construction defect matters. Assist with discovery, disclosures, depositions, arbitration, and jury trials. Should ideally have experience with construction defect claim pre-litigation, arbitration, and litigation of such claims in Superior Court. California Bar membership is required.
