Location:

Duties:

• Assist in the management of civil litigation cases from inception through resolution

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda

• Attend court appearances, depositions, and client meetings

• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and litigation preparation

• Maintain case files and adhere to court deadlines and procedural rules

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively

Requirements:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar and in good standing

• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing abilities

• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude toward the practice of law

• Ability to work collaboratively with a legal team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania
