Duties:

• Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

• Represent clients in court and engage in oral arguments

• Maintain regular client communication and case updates

• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals

• Manage multiple active matters with precision and timeliness

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania (required)

• Licensure in West Virginia, New Jersey, New York, or Delaware (preferred but not required)

• Litigation experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure

• Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to ethical legal practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar

• Additional bar admissions in surrounding states considered a plus
