Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Los Angeles County. The successful candidate will engage in the management of cases related to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, contributing to a dynamic legal team.

Duties

  • Draft and review legal documents, including pre-litigation demands, mediation briefs, and pleadings.
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Effectively manage caseloads, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal matters.

Requirements

  • Strong litigation skills and ability to manage multiple cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
