A law firm in El Segundo, CA, is seeking a highly skilled Employment Law Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong employment litigation experience, particularly with a focus on wage and hour class actions, and be comfortable litigating in both state and federal courts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate effectively for clients in employment law matters.
• Handle court appearances and represent clients in hearings and trials.
• Take and defend depositions with professionalism and expertise.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, mediation briefs, and class action settlement agreements.
• Manage, mediate, and settle cases efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Provide high-level support to partners and mentorship to junior associates.
• Work independently while collaborating with team members to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 2-7 years of relevant experience in employment law, with a focus on litigation and class actions.
