Location:

Duties:

  • Manage and litigate complex personal injury cases, including auto accidents, dog bites, premises liability, sexual assault, and catastrophic injury claims

  • Lead depositions of parties, witnesses, and insurance adjusters

  • Draft and argue motions, and prepare persuasive legal briefs

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and case evaluations

  • Oversee all stages of case development from intake through trial or settlement

  • Engage and consult with expert witnesses and other professionals

  • Represent clients in court and prepare thoroughly for trial, including mock trials and strategy sessions

  • Maintain strong client communication and foster trust throughout case progress

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in personal injury litigation

  • Strong background in handling third-party auto and first-party no-fault cases

  • Proven success in litigating complex cases independently

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proactive litigation approach

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan (Required)
