  • Prepare and draft affidavits, motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
  • Depose parties and experts to gather evidence and testimony.
  • Prepare cases for trial, including developing legal strategies and case presentations.
  • Communicate with clients, providing legal advice and updates on case progress.
  • Negotiate settlements and handle all aspects of pre-trial and trial procedures.
  • Stay current with legal developments and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience handling personal injury cases on the plaintiff or defense side.
  • Strong background in managing third-party auto accident and first-party no-fault cases.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents, including affidavits, motions, and pleadings.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and present cases for trial effectively.
  • Excellent deposition skills and experience with expert witness testimony.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
