Duties:

• Handle a caseload of pre-suit personal injury matters from intake through settlement

• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers

• Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements

• Review and assess medical records and other supporting documentation

• Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with applicable legal procedures and timelines

• Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case progression

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida

• Good standing with the Florida Bar

• Prior experience managing pre-suit personal injury claims

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

• Demonstrated negotiation and written advocacy skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in Florida

Skills:

• Proficiency in personal injury law and case management

Job Location:
