Mid-Senior Insurance Litigation Attorney

A law firm in New York City is seeking a Mid-Senior Insurance Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of litigation experience, specifically in insurance defense. The candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of cases involving general liability matters, construction and labor law, personal injury, property damage, and insurance coverage suits. Experience with insurance coverage and policy analysis is preferred. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience from case inception through trial in state and federal courts, with a focus on practicing in all New York courts. Admission to practice law in New Jersey and New York is required.

Duties:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of cases involving general liability matters, construction and labor law, personal injury, and property damage.
• Defend insurance coverage suits.
• Analyze insurance policies and coverage issues.
• Handle litigation from case inception through trial in state and federal courts.
• Practice in all New York courts.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of litigation experience, specifically in insurance defense.
• Admission to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
• Exceptional analytical, research, and written communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
