Job Overview:

The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will handle various commercial litigation cases. This role involves conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, providing thorough legal analysis, preparing and arguing motions, attending court hearings, and visiting clients. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies, maintain accurate case files and documentation, and ensure compliance with firm policies.

Duties:

• Handle a wide variety of commercial litigation cases
• Conduct legal research
• Draft pleadings and legal documents
• Provide comprehensive legal analysis
• Prepare and argue motions
• Attend court hearings
• Visit clients as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation
• Ensure compliance with firm policies

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Florida Bar
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in commercial litigation work or related practice areas is preferred
