Duties:

• Handle various aspects of commercial litigation and business torts cases.
• Take and defend depositions effectively.

• Engage in written and oral advocacy.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Experience in various facets of commercial litigation and business torts.
• Strong knowledge of deposition procedures.
• Proficient in drafting dispositive, expert, and discovery motions.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar is preferred.
