Mid-level Structured Finance Associate Attorney

A law firm in Dallas is seeking a Mid-level Structured Finance Associate Attorney with a robust background in structured finance, lending, securitization, or related financial structures. The ideal candidate will have strong deal experience and be admitted to the State Bar.

Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents related to structured finance transactions.
• Provide legal counsel on a variety of financial structures and asset types.
• Conduct due diligence and analysis of legal issues related to finance transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to facilitate successful deal execution.
• Stay abreast of relevant legal developments and industry trends in structured finance.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the State Bar.
• Demonstrated experience in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures.
• Proven track record of handling complex legal matters related to finance transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with the financial regulations and laws applicable to structured finance transactions.
