Location:

Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload related to civil and commercial litigation matters.

• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations.

• Develop case strategies and collaborate with senior attorneys to provide optimal solutions for clients.

• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.

• Lead and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Manage client relationships and provide high-level legal counsel on complex litigation matters.

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure the smooth handling of cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Licensed to practice law in New York.

• 5+ years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.

• Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.

• Ability to work with business professionals and colleagues across various departments.

• Leadership experience is a plus, especially in mentoring junior attorneys.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
