Duties:

  • Conduct patent prosecution activities in various technological areas including but not limited to 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end.
  • Collaborate with inventors and attorneys to draft patent applications and responses to office actions.
  • Perform patentability searches and analyze prior art.
  • Assist in patent portfolio management and strategy development.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technological innovations and legal needs.
  • Stay updated with changes in patent laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
  • Experience in patent prosecution related to 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Registered with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligible for registration.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.

Certifications:

  • Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligibility for registration.
