Mid-Level Or Senior Corporate Associate Attorney

Spokane office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level or senior corporate associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in emerging companies & venture capital. The candidate will work with the Firms small and large business clients on sophisticated transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors and regularly collaborate with talented attorneys across the Firms five offices. Will work alongside attorneys and staff motivated by excellent client service.

The candidate should have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and a license to practice law. Must have strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills. A client-service approach and exceptional communication skills are needed. Enthusiasm to work with and build a diverse team is required. The ability to manage significant individual responsibilities is needed.
