Investment Management Associate Attorney

A law firm in Spokane is seeking an Investment Management Associate Attorney to provide sophisticated counsel on a broad range of traditional and alternative investment transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Job Details:

• Provide highly effective counsel on traditional and alternative investment transactions to various clients including pension funds, high wealth individuals, family offices, endowments, universities, sovereign entities, and insurance companies.
• Process large, complex documents with great attention to detail.
• Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team or independently.

Requirements:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Client-service approach with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience:

1 to 7 years of investment management, investment fund, fund formation, or related experience.
