The candidate will defend and litigate lawsuits encompassing a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination. Responsibilities also include representing employers in various forums, providing legal advice and counsel on labor and employment laws, and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures. Duties:Defend and litigate lawsuits involving diverse employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.Represent employers in court, administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations in employment matters, including class/collective actions and cases related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contracts, employment torts, and non-compete agreements.Provide legal advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment laws and regulations.Stay informed about current court and employment-related agency (state and federal) procedures.Offer excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively convey legal advice and arguments.Pay meticulous attention to detail and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.Multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing various responsibilities efficiently.Utilize strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
