Attorney needed for Denver office

Job Overview: A law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their fast-paced litigation group. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with exceptional writing, analysis, and research skills. They should possess a J.D. from an accredited law school and have at least 5+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for expertise in medical malpractice, professional malpractice, bad faith, and/or complex commercial litigation. Colorado Bar Admission is required for this position.

Duties:

• Independently develop case strategy and conduct legal research.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and depositions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong organizational and case management skills.

Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience in medical malpractice, professional malpractice, bad faith, and/or complex commercial litigation preferred.
• Colorado Bar Admission.
