Duties:

• Create legal documents (correspondence, briefs, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings.
• Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients for efficient case handling.
• Attend court hearings, perform legal research, and provide legal advice.
• Organize and maintain files for accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist clients in determining optimal legal solutions.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney with 5+ years of family law experience.
• Ambitious self-starter with a passion for helping families navigate legal challenges.
• Excellent writing skills with a focus on producing high-quality legal work.
• Team player willing to contribute to a positive work environment.
• Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Successful passage of the State Bar exam.
