Requirements:

• JD degree and admission to the USPTO are mandatory.
• 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Bachelor or advanced degree in organic chemistry or chemical engineering.

• Superb writing and communication skills.

Certifications:

Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
