Duties

• Handle employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination suits.
• Engage in wage and hour litigation and provide related counseling.
• Develop and advise on employment policies and manuals.
• Conduct sensitive internal investigations.
• Collaborate with clients to address complex employment-related issues.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling.
• Familiarity with California civil procedure is beneficial.
• Class action and PAGA experience is advantageous but not required.
• Admission to the California Bar is required.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California Bar.
