Job Details:

  • Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end, including case research, strategy development, client consultations, and court representation.
  • Provide superior customer service to all clients by delivering monthly status reports and conducting weekly case reviews to keep clients informed and address any concerns.
  • Make improvement recommendations to practice managers for optimizing case-handling processes and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice-quality software, ensuring high-quality legal services.
  • Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited university, demonstrating a strong educational foundation in law.
  • Successfully passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt, showcasing the candidate's legal competence.
  • Accumulate 2-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on family law, demonstrating expertise in the field.
  • Exhibit 1st chair family law experience, indicating the ability to lead and represent clients effectively in complex legal matters.
