  • Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
  • Utilizing e-discovery software to collect, prepare, and produce documents.
  • Editing, bookmarking, and indexing PDF documents.
  • Familiarity with e-filing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in family law or related fields.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Experience using MyCase or similar case management software.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
  • Experience with FormBuilder for document creation.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Calendar, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with e-filing procedures.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
