Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Daubert and Rule 702 motions, particularly within pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex legal matters in a collaborative environment, supporting sophisticated clients in high-stakes disputes.

Location:

• Short Hills, NJ

Duties:

• Drafting and reviewing discovery responses, motions, briefs, and memoranda

• Communicating directly with clients and external stakeholders

• Supervising junior associates and supporting staff

• Collaborating with expert witnesses

• Conducting fact development and assisting with depositions

• Contributing to litigation strategy and trial preparation

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, ideally with an AmLaw 100 firm

• Demonstrated experience with Rule 702 and Daubert motions

• Background in pharmaceutical or medical device product liability cases preferred

• Strong case management and client service skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state of practice

• Admission to the New York Bar is encouraged
