Job Overview: The Labor And Employment Law Attorney will manage clients' labor and employment law litigation and counseling matters. This includes conducting legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice and counsel.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research in labor and employment law matters.
• Draft motions and pleadings for court proceedings.
• Represent clients in labor and employment law litigation proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment law matters.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership and good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Experience and competency in labor and employment law and litigation, including in federal court.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
