A law firm seeking an Associate Attorney:

Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from assignment to conclusion, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court hearings and mediation, overseeing discovery matters, and communicating directly with clients.

Job Details:

  • Manage cases from assignment to conclusion.
  • Draft court pleadings, legal memos, and correspondence.
  • Oversee discovery matters, including depositions, filings, and motion defense.
  • Independently represent clients at court hearings (live and telephonic) and mediation.
  • Conduct internal and external training.
  • Communicate directly with the firm’s clients.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of jurisdiction experience in foreclosure and REO-related litigation.
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Arkansas and admitted in all Federal District Courts within the state or willing to get admitted.
  • Member in good standing with the Arkansas Bar Association.

Skills:

  • Excellent legal research skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage caseload.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Arkansas and admitted in all Federal District Courts within the state or willing to get admitted.
  • Member in good standing with the Arkansas Bar Association.
