Foreclosure Attorney

Little Rock office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks foreclosure attorney with experience. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all appropriate actions are taken to expedite the firm's files. Will act as a liaison between the firm and its clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel. Be familiar with and work within the firm's case management system to create, manage, and review daily and weekly reports for exceptions and discrepancies. Review and execute various pleadings and correspondence, as well as ensure that client and firm management systems are accurately updated and maintained.

The candidate should have excellent organizational, communication, and listening skills. Ability to handle difficult/delicate issues with diplomacy and tact needed. Professional and ethical conduct with a positive attitude and superior work ethic essential. Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Should have ability to handle multiple priorities, take the initiative, and adapt to change.
