Duties:

  • Attend client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials as needed
  • Maintain communication with clients and opposing counsel

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience as a licensed attorney
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Prior litigation/trial experience is a plus

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission
