The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience, with a preference for those with planned community and condominium experience. The role involves managing various real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing, as well as the acquisition, disposition, and development of property. Strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills are essential.

 

Duties:

  • Manage a variety of real estate transactions from inception to completion.
  • Draft and negotiate complex documents related to leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of property.
  • Provide legal advice on planned community and condominium matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate issues.
  • Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals involved in transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Participate in negotiations and mediation to resolve disputes.
  • Provide guidance on zoning and land use matters.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) with licensure in Pennsylvania.
  • 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
  • Planned community and condominium experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
