Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of energy, commercial litigation, construction, and infrastructure disputes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and preparation.

• Attend hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably focusing on energy and commercial litigation.

• Admitted to and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
