Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a dedicated Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney with experience in workers' compensation defense. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate, be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, and preferably have a portable book of business. Duties:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, including hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Conducted legal research and drafted legal documents such as briefs, motions, and pleadings.

• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients regarding workers' compensation matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to achieve successful case outcomes.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments related to workers' compensation.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Juris Doctorate degree or better from an accredited law school.
• 1-3 years of experience in workers' compensation defense preferred.

Education & Certifications:
